Service Delivery Model
Cebridge provides a successful outcome to our customers because of our ability to apply the high level skills and experience of our Project Management professionals supported by our Service Delivery Management (SDM) approach.
The SDM is a multi faceted approach that supports each of our deployed Project Management professionals and is supported by a formal peer support network, a group of Cebridge consulting professionals external to the assignment with relevant domain experience. These professionals can be leveraged by the deployed Project Management professional at any time and is provided at no additional cost to our customers.
The role of the SDM is to also ensure that the customer receives the high quality professional services that have been contracted for. To this end, either a Service Delivery Manager or Director is in constant contact with the customer and the deployed Project Management professional to ensure alignment of the activity from both parties.
The SDM approach provides a level of support that enables the deployed Project Management professional to focus on key project issues and supports them with additional resources and support at no additional cost to the customer.
