Service Delivery Model

Cammind provides a successful outcome to our clients because of our ability to apply the high level skills and experience of our Information Technology (IT) professionals supported by our Service Delivery Management (SDM) approach.

The SDM is a multi-faceted approach that supports each of our deployed IT professionals and is supported by a formal peer support network, a group of consulting professionals external to the engagement with relevant domain experience.

The role of the SDM is to also ensure that the client receives the high quality professional services that have been contracted for. To this end, either a Service Delivery Manager or Director is in constant contact with the client and the deployed IT professional to ensure alignment of the activity from both parties.

The SDM approach provides a level of support that enables the deployed IT professional to focus on key engagement issues and supports them with additional resources and support at no additional cost to the client.
